Telecom Support Engineer

Introduction

As a Tier 2 Tech Support Engineer, he/she should support Avaya PABX Systems and Tier 1 Tech Support Engineer for PABX. As well as possessing good technical knowledge and should be supporting clients Telecom System round the clock whenever required.

Main Tasks:

  • Changing extension username
  • Extension transfer
  • Converting phones to digital and analog (Vise versa)
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on telephone faults
  • Basic understanding of PABX systems
  • Be on call to provide support for any critical telephone issues
  • Preferably familiar with Avaya PABX systems
  • Telephone cabling tracing and crimping

Experience
Minimum three (3) or more years of hands-on experience in same field.

Mandatory requirements:
Car with valid driver license
