- Manage and control all IT assets
- Identify and catalogue all IT assets within the organization, including hardware, software, and networking equipment.
- Coordinate the procurement process for new IT assets.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements under warranty.
- Maintain a centralized inventory database or system to store asset information.
- Update the inventory database regularly to reflect changes, additions, and disposals.
- Monitor the entire lifecycle of IT assets, from acquisition to disposal.

- Effectively communicate, both written and verbal, in English languages
- At least year of experience in IT technical support/ Hardware troubleshooting
- Hardware Knowledge: Understanding of computer hardware components, peripherals, and troubleshooting hardware issues
- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), common software applications, and troubleshooting software-related problems.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering or computer science, or related
