IT Helpdesk

  1. Provide the required setup for new staff (create accounts using Office 365, format and
    prepare laptops using images, connect users to the network and printers, provide them
    with the necessary IT equipment, etc.).
  2. Manage and update existing organization users accounts in Office 365 and Active Directory
    as well as ensuring user laptops are compliant with current organization IT’s security measures.
  3. Manage and track IT assets regularly and document any changes required using both
    IT and Finance systems.
  4. Manage, track and order consumables and provide regular updates to the IT team.
  5. Assist with submitting IT related payment requests and following up with organization
    departments and external providers.
  6. Document and update existing documents for IT support guides and processes.
  7. Ensure that organization employee’s laptops are up to date (Windows, drivers, and anti-virus)
    while providing support.
  8. To Perform any other IT related duties required by IT team.
  9. Perform the Helpdesk services in Professional, Efficient and Polite Manner
