- Maintain and support Cisco platform, Palo Alto Firewall, packet shaper.
- Managing and maintaining the organization’s network infrastructure
- Support all network devices
- Implementing and overseeing network security measures.
- Planning for network scalability and performance optimization.
- VoIP and IP Telephony support
- New project analysis and IT bill of quantity preparation.
- Collaborating with vendors for telephony solutions.
- Maintaining documentation of Network configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Generating and maintaining KPI Reports for Network infrastructure and maintain100% availability.
Skills & Qualifications
- Cisco Certified
- Another network professional certification.
- VoIP Cisco switches configuration and operation tasks skills
- Should effectively communicate, both written and verbal in English languages
- At least 3 years of experience as Network Admin on Cisco platform and Securities (Firewall, ACL, etc.)
- The company/bidder has resources with Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification available as a second-line escalation point if required
- Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently in networking, Wifi environment, VoIP. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to identify the root
