• Upgrade, install, and troubleshoot standard applications and business software.
• Resolve Windows client workstation incidents.
• Perform application and operating system deployment tasks.
• Troubleshoot operating systems (Windows 10 & 11).
• Deploy standardized workstation images following the company’s onboarding process.
• Provide technical recommendations for improving software troubleshooting processes.
• Have knowledge of IT security setup and tools.
• Troubleshoot and mitigate software and hardware issues.
• Offer on-site or remote support after office hours if required
