Infrastructure Responsibilities
- Install and configure Windows Servers.
- Maintain server availability.
- Monitor server performance.
- Troubleshoot server issues.
- Perform operating system updates.
- Apply security patches.
- Manage Active Directory.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services.
- Manage virtualization infrastructure.
- Manage backup systems.
- Perform backup verification and restoration testing.
- Monitor hardware health.
- Implement High Availability (HA) solutions.
- Implement disaster recovery procedures.
- Maintain storage systems.
- Review event logs.
- Manage antivirus and endpoint protection.
- Implement security hardening.
- Monitor server security.
- Support infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with vendors.
- Prepare technical documentation.
- Provide recommendations for infrastructure improvements.
The candidate will also be required to perform the following along with other IT members-

Qualifications and Skills-
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Bahraini National.
- Possess a minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in enterprise server administration.
- Hold professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), AWS Certified, Azure Administrator, or equivalent.
- Required Level 2 or Level 3 expertise
